Service Zen started in 2012 as a *hobby* blog by the husband and wife team of Lee Marshall and Angela Kong. The goal of our blog is to provide practical advice on:
2) Personal Finance
3) Business Transformation
3) Creating Outstanding Customer Experiences
To complement our blog we offer products in each of these four areas.
This is not a place for average people driven by emotion, people who need hand holding or people who want to be *motivated*. Motivational speakers are the biggest scam in the world. No one can motivate someone else. Period. All human behaviour is driven by motivation. You couldn't have got out of bed this morning or eaten breakfast if you weren't motivated. Motivation is innate to our species. To put it another way, every human being on the planet is always motivated. In fact, it costs people more energy to *not be motivated*, than to be *motivated*. Which means they're still motivated. Now that we've got that out of the way, we can focus on the things we can change.
To reiterate. Our blog and the products we offer are *not* for regular people. We want to help those that are *willing to help themselves*. We want to help people win. We believe everyone deserves access to the tools for success. What you do with those tools is entirely up to you.
